Your child, as all successful students, needs a strong background in the basic academic skills. These skills include reading, writing, and math. To begin the program, your child will be given standardized tests to specifically identify the appropriate academic level of instruction. This procedure will allow your child to be placed at a comfortable level to alleviate any anxiety which might be felt if placed too high. The tests given will depend on your wishes and your child's needs. The results will be shared with you along with recommendations and a program developed specifically for your child.

Along with these prescribed programs, time may be set aside to help your child with homework from school. That choice is up to you.
